An employed manager requires a W-2, Paid Time Off, and Benefits. Falcon Sales Ops is a
contracted, outsourced service.
Severing a relationship with an employed manager can involve quite a process. Services
provided by Falcon Sales Ops can be stopped at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Not typically! Many company executives find that their sales management employees are
trustworthy and doing great work, but they need support. That may be in planning, organizing,
training, coaching, CRM or other technology implementation, or other assistance. Falcon Sales
Ops can provide the assistance sales management needs to create a faster path to success for
them, the company, and the sales team members.
Falcon Sales Ops can also provide a bridge from an outgoing sales manager to a new one
by laying the groundwork for better operations and helping in his or her onboarding.
If desired, Falcon Sales Ops can function as a replacement for Sales Managers, Directors,
or VPs while other roles are kept in place or dissolved.
No! The services provided by Falcon Sales Ops are scalable; up or down. You can increase
or decrease the time commitment and extent of services provided, thereby allowing you to gain
the most value from Falcon Sales Ops.
No! As a default, Falcon Sales Ops will never share the proprietary information or data of
any client company with anyone not authorized to receive it.
The least expensive level of service provides the least services, but that may be all you
need. The prices are based upon the number of days per week that our services are contracted
to provide, ranging from 1-5 days. Some companies will start at one level and change it after 3
months. The most common level of service is 3 days/week.
We start with a Sales Operations Audit, which begins with 1-2 hours spent with you or your
staff asking you questions related to your goals, needs, past successes, and areas needing
improvement. We use that information to compile a 100 +/- page report from which we, with you,
lay out a path to success and agree on the level of service required. That report is yours to keep
as a benchmark and a snapshot to compare with future accomplishments.
